The spark for StageRightSocal was born from a shared passion between siblings. My name is Billy O'Brien, and my sister Lisa Pearson and I have always had a keen eye for design and real estate. After years working in corporate America, I realized my true calling was in the real estate world. My sister Lisa has an artistic background as a graphic designer, giving her wonderful aesthetic taste.

We both recognized the importance of staging homes in Southern California's competitive market. Presentation matters, and a well-staged home tends to sell faster and for more money. Lisa and I decided to combine our creative skills and launch StageRightSocal, a full service home staging company.

Our goal is to showcase properties at their maximum potential. We find it

extremely rewarding to transform homes into inviting, Pinterest-worthy spaces that capture buyers’ attention. With my real estate knowledge and Lisa’s design talents, we make a great team.We see ourselves as home makeover artists. Our family-owned business brings out the best in every property through strategic, beautiful staging. We love being able to help homeowners showcase their homes so they make the best possible impression on the market. Our passion is creating magazine-worthy interiors that will have buyers falling in love.
